What is the investment range to open a LINK franchise?

The range is $112,500 to $199,000 depending on a few variables. This range encompasses everything you need to open your LINK Franchise Office including the franchise fee (see below), the recommended liquid capital, and the amount needed to set up your office.

What is the franchise fee?

The franchise fee is $35,000 and is due upon signing the franchise agreement. The franchise fee includes:

  • Initial Operations and Sales Training
  • Indoor signage
  • Operating Manuals
  • Initial stock of Risk and Drug Screen Supplies
  • Initial stock of Forms and Marketing Materials
  • Pre-opening Market Research and Marketing Campaign
  • Field Support for Opening

What are the ongoing fees (royalties)?

The ongoing fees are variable based on revenue tiers and the details are described in the LINK Franchise Disclosure Document. Please contact us to learn how to obtain a copy of this document.

Does LINK offer financing?

LINK does not offer direct financing, however, we provide 100 percent of the temporary and contract payroll used to fund candidates placed through your location, a major benefit when starting a recruiting business.

Can I have an investor(s) to help me meet the franchise financial requirements?

Business partners and investors are allowed to assist in acquiring or operating your LINK franchise.

Support & Training

Does LINK offer support and training?

LINK offers comprehensive training and support to all franchisees ranging from sales and marketing to operations. LINK also offers a full support center, including departments in accounting, marketing, training, IT and systems support, administration, and risk management.

Territory

What markets are available?

Does LINK offer exclusive protected territory?

Yes, LINK offers an exclusive territory with protected boundaries. For more information on an available market near you refer to our New Markets page or contact us.

Can LINK franchisees open more than one location?

Absolutely.

Is there an additional franchise fee to open more than one location?

No, as long as the location is within your designated market area. If a franchisee acquires a new territory, then they would be subject to a new franchise fee.

Requirements

How do I qualify for a LINK franchise?

After we confirm our goals and values match, you must meet the following financial qualifications – net worth: $200,000; liquid assets: $35,000.

Is there an opportunity to attend a Discovery Day?

Once your qualifications are assessed, you’ll visit our Houston headquarters to meet the LINK Leadership Team. If all goes well, we’ll present you with the Franchise Agreement. You’ll have 7 days to sign and return it, along with the one-time franchise fee.
