When you are ready to start your LINK franchise, we make it as easy as possible to follow our franchise path.

1. Request More Information

Once you reach out for more information, a member of the LINK franchise team will contact you. This will be your opportunity to ask any questions you might have and share your goals, current situation and your vision for your future. As we chat, we will talk to you about the process and let you know what to expect for along your LINK franchise journey.

2. Meet the Team

Throughout this step, you will meet our franchise team via scheduled meetings. After this series of meetings, you will understand our role as franchisor and your role as franchisee. Our team will also give you an overview of our franchise model, training, support and more of the benefits of the LINK franchise system. During each call, you will also have the chance to ask our team members questions.

3. Review the Franchise Disclosure Document

We will send you a copy of our most recent Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Then, we will schedule a time to review it with you and answer any questions you might have. Once you are ready, you will then start the paperwork that will make you a franchisee.

4. Contact LINK Franchise Owners

We encourage you to get in contact with our franchisees. They will be able to give you a different perspective and attest to their own success. Plus, these franchisees can give you a peek behind the curtain into everyday life as a LINK franchisee.

5. Attend Discovery Day

After your franchise paperwork is signed and you have had the chance to chat with our current franchisees, you will be invited to our Houston headquarters for Discovery Day. This will be your chance to meet LINK’s leadership team and interact with the support team who will become your team as you prepare for opening and look toward leadership development.

6. Sign the Franchise Agreement

This is the step that transforms you from a potential franchisee into a member of the LINK franchise.

7. Attend Training

After your documents are signed and complete, you will start the LINK training process. Some of the training happens at our Houston headquarters, which is a blend of classroom courses and visiting an operational LINK agency. Beyond that, you will enroll in LINK University, which is an online series of webinars and e-trainings.

8. Field Training

Right before your agency opens, a franchise support manager will come to your agency location and train you in the field. This will prepare you for anything that might happen once you’re open for business.

9. Grand Opening

It’s time to open! All of the conversations, paperwork and training have led this to moment. While opening is the final step in the process, it is not the end of LINK support. We will help you recruit and retain staff, in addition to finding clients and candidates.
